Royal Oak is looking to fill the position of\u00a0 Executive Assistant<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Executive Assistant(EA) to MD\/CEO<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Slot:<\/strong> 1<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To closely work with the MD\/CEO to aid efforts geared at ensuring the proper articulation of business strategies and the attainment of periodic goals and objectives role.<\/li>\n<li>Oversees administrative procedures and processes for the MD\/CEO\u2019s Office, usually acting as the administrative liaison with internal and\/or external sources, and could represents the MD \/CEO at various meetings or external events as may be delegated.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for identifying, gathering and communicating state regulatory, political actions and issues that may impact Company\u2019s business and operations, and works closely with the relevant departments across the Group to ensure relevant and timely information is given to stakeholders in this regard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities &amp; Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides necessary assistance to the MD\/CEO in the formulation and execution of Company\u2019s Vision, short and long term objectives, plans, and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Provides input to the identification of business, regulatory, operational and performance risks, and the resolution of attendant issues.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews business and project plans, activity status reports and financial statements to determine progress towards attaining objectives; suggests revisions and required alignments to Group and Company goals &amp; plans based on current business realities and conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Performs various forms of business, financial and technical analysis; compiles reports providing critical information to the MD\/CEO\u00a0 and other key leaders for decision making.<\/li>\n<li>Develops communication material (e.g. presentations and research papers) at the MD\/CEO\u2019s request and may deliver same on his\/her behalf.<\/li>\n<li>Schedules and coordinates important meetings\/events on behalf of the MD.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other assigned duties as delegated by the MD from time to time.<\/li>\n<li>In addition, successful candidates possess a B.Sc , HND degrees , NYSC , with about 3 \u2013 5 years\u2019 experience and must demonstrate the following:\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership &amp; organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>Communication\u00a0 (written &amp; verbal)&amp; Customer Facing skills<\/li>\n<li>Time management<\/li>\n<li>Analysis , negotiation &amp; decision making Skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s, application and cover Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:admin@royaloaksng.com\"><strong>admin@royaloaksng.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0for the attention of the HR manager.
