Our success and reputation today are built on the consistent delivery of quality, speed, efficiency and overall client satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Quality Control Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpret and review job\/work specifications<\/li>\n<li>Inspect completed work and\/or work in progress to determine whether the work meets specifications and plan requirements<\/li>\n<li>Monitor overall construction performance with regard to technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirements<\/li>\n<li>Note and report on work that does not meet requirements<\/li>\n<li>Educate workers on the required standards<\/li>\n<li>Work with senior managers to identify approaches and methods to improve overall quality<\/li>\n<li>Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity<\/li>\n<li>Maintain, test and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices<\/li>\n<li>Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs<\/li>\n<li>Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards<\/li>\n<li>Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately<\/li>\n<li>Manage our quality assurance division and ensure all employees meet their required quotas<\/li>\n<li>Provide training and support to QA team<\/li>\n<li>Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good team Player<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with little or no supervision<\/li>\n<li>Able to deliver\/meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Qualification: BSc\/HND or minimum of OND and must be a\u00a0Lagos Resident.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0HSE Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the development of OHS policies and programs<\/li>\n<li>Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics<\/li>\n<li>Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures<\/li>\n<li>Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and organize OHS\u00a0training of employees and executives<\/li>\n<li>Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues\u00a0or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)<\/li>\n<li>Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.<\/li>\n<li>Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy<\/li>\n<li>Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and\u00a0handle worker\u2019s compensation claims<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as\u00a0safety officer<\/li>\n<li>In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA\/EPA) and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices<\/li>\n<li>Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Diligent with great attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with ability to present\/explain health and safety topics<\/li>\n<li>Qualification: BSc\/HND or minimum of OND and must be a\u00a0Lagos Resident.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested candidates should forward their detailed CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr.ojcastnigltd@gmail.com\"><strong>hr.ojcastnigltd@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong>\u00a022nd November, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OJ CAST Nigeria Limited\u00a0is\u00a0one of the\u00a0dynamic construction and civil engineering companies in Nigeria.\u00a0OJ CAST\u00a0has delivered high quality integrated construction solutionsto her teeming clientele.
