For more than 5 years, we\u2019ve been passionate about achieving better results for our clients, results that go beyond financials and are uniquely tailored, pragmatic, holistic , sustainable and clients oriented.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Bakery Marketer<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position is responsible for supporting the execution of the Buy\/Sell portfolio marketing plans nationally and regionally to deliver revenue growth. These plans can include product growth objectives, channel growth objectives, and communication objectives. Effective execution of the marketing plans will lead to the accomplishment of sales and profitability growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of OND\/HND with a year experience<\/li>\n<li>Marketing Fundamentals: Basic understanding of business drivers and marketing fundamentals.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to apply these in a distributor sales environment. Understanding of customer\/channel marketing is ideal.<\/li>\n<li>Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, ideally with a persuasive sales-oriented approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nBased on basic and commission<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Bakery Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p>Job Description<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, schedule and supervise bakery production, shipping and cleaning activities to highest safety and sanitation standards.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise, evaluate, train and schedule work of bakery staff.<\/li>\n<li>Order and arrange for correct ingredients, supplies and equipment using computerized system.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for consolidation of product orders from users.<\/li>\n<li>Assure the proper use and care by staff of a large variety of highly specialized production equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, maintain and update recipe files through computerized processes.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for inventorying of stock.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing and implementing merchandising plans for new cash operations, as required.<\/li>\n<li>Assist bakers with production of new products or when schedule falls behind.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school graduation with some technical training and at least two years of related experience in quantity baking of a variety of products, three of which should be in a supervisory capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Specialized technical knowledge of baking chemistry and computer skills.<\/li>\n<li>Supervisory ability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nBased on basic and commission<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@sigma.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@sigma.ng<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>30th November, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sigma Consulting is one of the fast growing Nigeria\u2019s management &amp; healthcare consulting firms.
