{"id":67487,"date":"2018-11-19T15:20:18","date_gmt":"2018-11-19T14:20:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=67487"},"modified":"2018-11-19T13:34:11","modified_gmt":"2018-11-19T12:34:11","slug":"simeons-pivot-resources-latest-ongoing-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/simeons-pivot-resources-latest-ongoing-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"Simeon\u2019s Pivot Resources Latest Ongoing Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Simeon\u2019s Pivot Resources \u2013 A Human Resource and Management Consulting Company with a focus on Performance Management is currently recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Architect<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists in the preparation of \u201crecord\u201d drawings on completion of construction.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in preparation of layout and draws preliminary sketch of project to present to client.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in developing and\/or coordinating development of detailed working drawings and specifications after approval for project has been obtained.<\/li>\n<li>Assists with coordinating bid process.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews shop drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction material recommendations submitted by outside architects and contractors to ensure adherence to contract and notifies Architect of discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews work of contractor, verifying specified materials are being used, dimensions are as drawn and quality is according to contract document.<\/li>\n<li>Provides support to Architects and management staff.<\/li>\n<li>Meets with requesters to determine requirements of projects; determines feasibility of project and prepares cost estimates.<\/li>\n<li>Performs original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs.<\/li>\n<li>Analyses space utilization effectiveness and changing demands for space needs: recommends actions to meet new requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in compiling data for comprehensive facilities use and feasibility data to be used for site planning, capital improvement and long-range planning.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports etc.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in the preparation for plans for existing buildings where plans are not available.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in conducting preliminary studies of proposed projects to obtain information as to space and design requirements obtaining measurements and making sketches preliminary to the preparation of drawing.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in preparation of scale drawing of details required for contract drawing.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in preparation of design development drawings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years hands on Architectural experience<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and proficiency in Auto cad, Revit and Archi card software<\/li>\n<li>Good level in the use of Microsoft suite.<\/li>\n<li>Educational Qualification: BSc Architecture<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@simeonspivot.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>jobs@simeonspivot.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with position applied for as subject.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Simeon\u2019s Pivot Resources \u2013 A Human Resource and Management Consulting Company with a focus on Performance Management is currently recruiting to fill the vacant position below: Job Title:\u00a0Architect Location: Lagos&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10164,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[8],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
