We also create, imagine, control and orchestrate the process of property development from the beginning to the end.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Insurance Claims Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise all insurance claims in line with insurance policies.<\/li>\n<li>Handle claims linked to social protection (claims in respect of work related accidents, other accidents, death.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Team Leader in setting up insurance cover for Bank Staff loans.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the performance of insurance coverage on Bank staff loans and report to the Team Leader of any discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Team Leader in setting up a complimentary Health Insurance Cover for Bank staff and their beneficiaries including retirees and their eligible beneficiaries.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the performance of Complimentary Health Insurance Cover and report any cases of abuse.<\/li>\n<li>Collect and analyse data on all claims related to social protection, life insurance, Bank movable and fixed assets including public liabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly reports for the attention of the Team Leader.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare quarterly reports that will aid the Director of the General Services and Procurement Department and the Team Leader in the decision-making process.<\/li>\n<li>Update existing policies to reflect changes regarding staff compliments and Bank Asset portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with Insurance brokers to obtain information necessary for processing claims.<\/li>\n<li>In consultation with the Finance department, ensure timely settlement of premiums etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on insurance claims.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure of deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify and understands relationships, constraints and pressures affecting others and ability to identify and resolve problems<\/li>\n<li>Show effective negotiating and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Show problem solving and analytical skills and be innovative and creative.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of standard MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) in English or French preferably with a good working knowledge of the other language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc\/HND and must be a\u00a0Lagos Resident.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested candidates should forward their detailed CVs to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info.bbcokerlimited@gmail.com\"><strong>info.bbcokerlimited@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a026th November, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BB COKER LIMITED\u00a0is a Real Estate Company in Nigeria that develop, build and manage real estates across Nigeria.
