Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Biomedical Engineering, System\/Electrical\/Electronic Engineering or similar degree with 5 to 7 years of progressive relevant experience in provision of laboratory equipment maintenance support for TB and HIV programs in resource constrained settings.<\/li>\n<li>MSc in Biomedical Engineering, System\/Electrical\/Electronic Engineering or similar relevant degree with 3 to 5 years of progressive relevant experience in provision of laboratory equipment maintenance support for TB and HIV programs in resource constrained settings.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project development with proven experience in the planning and facilitation of training is required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in large and complex donor-funded national health focused project is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Nigerian public-sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the management of laboratory equipment based on best practices, quality management practices and safe work practices.<\/li>\n<li>Proven certification on laboratory equipment maintenance and troubleshooting with a track
