Representative<br \/>\nLocations:<\/strong>\u00a0Sango \u2013 Ogun, Suru Alaba, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To sell the company\u2019s products and services to potential customers.<\/li>\n<li>Promote the firms products &amp; services; helps to deliver sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Acts as an ambassador for the company\u2019s product<\/li>\n<li>To achieve direct load out and redistribution of stocks from the company and or distributors\u2019 warehouse to retail outlets within assigned routes<\/li>\n<li>To achieve effective coverage of retail outlets in your Routes.<\/li>\n<li>To establish, maintain and expand your outlet base by continually recruiting new outlets.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for sales activities through close in and assigned neighborhood, markets and locations as the case may be to inform the public about the organization\u2019s products &amp; services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of SSCE\/NCE with minimum of 1 years Sales Rep experience and minimum of 1 year tricycle driving experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Outward appearance is presentable<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently<\/li>\n<li>Ability to relate to people in a friendly, trustworthy and professional manner<\/li>\n<li>To educate the public about the products they sell<\/li>\n<li>Good selling Skills<\/li>\n<li>Good negotiation Skills<\/li>\n<li>Good Team spirit<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and tight Oke-Arin, Ikorodu, Lekki, Epe, Ajah) Lagos and (Mowe Ibafo, Sagamu, Ijebu-Ode, Abeokuta) Ogun<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for sales activities through close in and assigned neighborhood, markets and locations as the case may be to inform the public about the organization\u2019s products &amp; services, and also assist in final opening of new customer\u2019s account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To sell the company\u2019s products and services to potential customers.<\/li>\n<li>Combines customer service and listening skills with marketing knowledge to persuade people to buy the organization\u2019s product and services.<\/li>\n<li>Spend time initiating contact with the public and often must walk through neighborhoods, streets, or shopping malls and markets to connect with people in their primary target assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Promote the firms products &amp; services; helps to deliver sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Acts as an ambassador for the company\u2019s product<\/li>\n<li>Open new account; revive dormant accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of SSCE\/NCE, National Diploma.<\/li>\n<li>Not older than 35 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience &amp; Training:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any combination of experience, education and training relevant to the Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Sales and Marketing Executive<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serves customers by selling products, meeting customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Service existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlet or trade factor.<\/li>\n<li>Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.<\/li>\n<li>Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.<\/li>\n<li>Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.<\/li>\n<li>Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results report, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring competition by gathering current market place information on pricing products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Recommends changes in products, services and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.<\/li>\n<li>Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions; preparing reports, recommendations to management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviving professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.<\/li>\n<li>Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualifications &amp; Experience Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work Experience \u2013 Minimum of 2 years quality experience selling FMCG products.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably candidates with experience in the sale of Food products<\/li>\n<li>HND\/B.Sc in Business Administration or its equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel from time to time
