For more information on the company check our website: www.esquaredlab.com<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Web Developer\/Technical Support Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a passionate Web Developer &amp; Technical Support Associate to provide expert troubleshooting advice to clients.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She will be responsible for the smooth running of the company\u2019s internal computer systems and also ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She will be responsible for designing and creating websites in a way that makes it easy to navigate for users, while at the same time meeting the technical expectations of our projects.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate should have well-rounded technical knowledge and also be an excellent communicator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nThese include (but are not limited to):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, create, and modify stable user friendly websites that offers the necessary functionality for client\u2019s needs.<\/li>\n<li>Planning new technology and enhancing application usability<\/li>\n<li>Transform mock-ups into web pages, create and optimize graphics for the web, and write clean and efficient code.<\/li>\n<li>Building and managing platforms, and working across teams to create projects.<\/li>\n<li>Deploying, backing up sites and managing versions.<\/li>\n<li>Manage content brought in for the publication of EsquaredLab marketing material (including those of the company\u2019s individual products).<\/li>\n<li>Manage, refine and upgrade Esquared lab digital platforms (including all of the company digital products)<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties relevant to the role as required by the management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements and Person Specifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree or Higher National Diploma especially in Computer Sciences, Programming or related subjects.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must be computer literate, with knowledge of some languages ( HTML, JavaScript, CSS or SQL) an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Eagerness to learn and keen sense of humour.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills. The candidate must have an excellent command of the English language.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and able to manage own time effectively<\/li>\n<li>Has a positive approach, consistently achieving good quality work on time and responds positively to feedback.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to think logically.<\/li>\n<li>A good memory of how software and operating systems work.<\/li>\n<li>An excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work well in a team<\/li>\n<li>Some technical background experience in computing will be useful.<\/li>\n<li>Fresh Graduates and current NYSC candidates are encouraged to apply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hours of Work and Other Job Details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Web Developer &amp; Technical Support Associate role is based on working 35 hours\/week, on a highly flexible basis. With remote work possibilities.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate will mainly be based in Lagos, Nigeria but some occasional local nationwide travel might be expected in future.<\/li>\n<li>Rapid growth and promotion opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Potential additional periodic bonuses following achievement of outreach targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN35,000 monthly (plus bonuses)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customers Development &amp; Marketing Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a passionate Customers Development &amp; Marketing Officer to plan and oversee the EsquaredLab outreach and expansion activities and campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate is expected to be flexible, highly creative and innovative coming up with ideas for increased market penetration of our products and services.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She will also be an excellent communicator and will show ownership for the tasks under their portfolio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nThese include (but are not limited to):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Identify, establish and reach out to potential new customers and clients to raise awareness and subscription to the company\u2019s products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and grow customer relationships with existing clients.<\/li>\n<li>Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company\u2019s presence<\/li>\n<li>See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics<\/li>\n<li>Prepare content for the publication of EsquaredLab marketing material (including those of the company\u2019s individual products) and oversee distribution<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the management team in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties relevant to the role as required by the management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements and Person Specifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree or Higher National Diploma<\/li>\n<li>Eagerness to learn and keen sense of humour.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate should be computer literate and have good working knowledge of MS Office tools<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of social media and web outreach platforms will be very valuable<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.
