We are passionate about brewing and have a long tradition of craftsmanship, making superb beer from high quality natural ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Brewery Operations Performance Planning Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Reference Number:<\/strong> IB001<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Work Level:<\/strong> Management<br \/>\n<strong>Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Brewery Operations Performance Planning Manager has full responsibility for planning, reporting and control cycle of Supply Brewery budgets (Variable Industrial Costs (VIC), Fixed Industrial Costs (FIC)) on a monthly, quarterly and year end base for the Brewery plants in both Nigeria and Ghana located in Ilesa, Sagamu, Portharcourt, Onitsha and Accra Breweries in Ghana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Amongst other duties, the Brewery Operations Performance Planning Manager will be responsible for the:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Validation of Transfer prices where applicable<\/li>\n<li>Consolidation and completion of the monthly budgets\/Latest Estimates (LE) and submission to the zone Performance Planning Management team<\/li>\n<li>Development of existing systems and reporting tools<\/li>\n<li>Finance contact person for the BOP Director West Africa<\/li>\n<li>Line management of all Plant Performance Planning Managers within the countries\u2019 jurisdiction<\/li>\n<li>Reporting of monthly performance across key financial metrics across West Africa<\/li>\n<li>Special analyses and involvement in various projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nThe candidate should possess:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3+ year University Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering or similar.<\/li>\n<li>MBA \/ CIMA \/ ACCA\/ CPA\/ICAN would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of relevant experience in finance; 2 + years\u2019 experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of general accounting and consolidation practices<\/li>\n<li>Project management, problem assessment and solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Working in an ERP environment like Syspro, SAP, Peach Tree, Sun Systems<\/li>\n<li>Working in a process-oriented organization<\/li>\n<li>Previous line management experience would be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of consolidation &amp; reporting tools (Cognos, TM1, BI)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of ERP Systems SAP R\/3 Module FI\/CO, SAP BW<\/li>\n<li>Experience in management accounting and budgets<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Financial Reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nMarket Related.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/sabmiller.mcidirecthire.com\/External\/Job?Ref=TEkBhDYErs0qhHgueWeCgt%2fyRI%2bcnPLR1MRk1RR6Cpou3ktpvROhSqni%2fBGkK6j0vjNx3Enz%2b6oEw%2bJgfAMCfrmcMZgFruJF%2bqqbxVc0gjwCWFWVG98mc6K%2bbTCDFfUwylKlSFssKv8lWf%2ftnybYWw%3d%3d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SABMiller is in the beer and soft drinks business, bringing refreshment and sociability to millions of people all over the world who enjoy our drinks.
