The position is located at Ewekoro, near Lagos Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage contract management activities and\/or assigned team.<\/li>\n<li>Execute assigned contracts accordance with W\u00e4rtsil\u00e4 Services guidelines, the Contract Management process and general management practices in a safe and cost effective way.<\/li>\n<li>Puts customer first \u2013 Prioritises actions leading to increasing customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Continuously develop understanding how to create value for customer and customers business<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up customer satisfaction and ensure that agreed actions are taken in the area or in the assigned responsibility area.<\/li>\n<li>Develop understanding for organizations what is required to ensure renewals of contracts<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate in sales and sales support<\/li>\n<li>Implement Contract Management action plans, processes and guidelines in the assigned responsibility area.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, budget and manage result of the work within the scope of the contract.<\/li>\n<li>Optimise assets such as inventories, receivables, fixed assets etc. tied to the contract.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain good internal and external stakeholder relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality of work related to the contract execution.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up financial, operative and technical performance through reviews and reporting and take corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Lives one W\u00e4rtsil\u00e4 always considering the full picture and not short term wins and suboptimized performance<\/li>\n<li>Embedding coaching in everyday interactions to continuously develop the competence of the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contract Manager needs to hold relevant Academic Degree and have strong track record from customer interface and leadership roles also in demanding, multicultural leadership environment.<\/li>\n<li>Having a proven track record of business results is a must.
