In view of our quest for expansion, we are currently recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0HSE Officer<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for developing and implementing Organizational Safety Procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Have knowledge and enforce compliance of Regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<li>Conduct risk assessments to detect potential hazards and Plan precautionary measures.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety.<\/li>\n<li>Shall be charged with the responsibility of developing and reviewing HSEQ Management System of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Take responsibility for developing, implementing and maintaining agreed QHSE standards and other operating standards.<\/li>\n<li>Draft, review and update organisational HSE policies.<\/li>\n<li>Working with the HSE team to train employees and to manage, monitor and improve the health and safety standards in the workplace.<\/li>\n<li>Perform facility HSE Inspections.<\/li>\n<li>Any other related job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification, Skills &amp; Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a holder of Degree in any Environmental and Safety Sciences.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of hazard identification and risk assessment studies.<\/li>\n<li>Effective at time management and prioritizing tasks to achieve deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a certified safety professional.<\/li>\n<li>Must be experienced in high rise building maintenance and must have at least 5 years\u2019 experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@ekomaintenance.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@ekomaintenance.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>10th December, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
