Drive the Organisation to make Values-based decisions<\/li>\n<li>Deliver the Consumer Healthcare (CH) Risk Management and Compliance programme for the West Africa market<\/li>\n<li>Position the Compliance function as a key role in the CH West Africa Leadership Team<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the Organisation carries out its strategy and objectives, that it can spot and manage any risks that may arise.<\/li>\n<li>Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the General Manager, and the Ethics &amp; Compliance Manager East &amp; West Africa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote a Values-based culture through encouragement of, among other things, Speak Up<\/li>\n<li>Coach relevant GSK staff on the Values and Expectations<\/li>\n<li>Understand business strategy and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Act as a strategic advisor and partner with the business to develop compliant solutions<\/li>\n<li>Advising senior leaders in the business on Corporate, Business Unit, Global Function and Local policies and pragmatic solutions for implementation<\/li>\n<li>Identify simplification and standardisation opportunities for Compliance activities for the CH West Africa markets aligned with GEC and Consumer Healthcare global initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Engage with external parties to promote and defend GSK\u2019s industry ethical lead and shape the external environment<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the business to develop and oversee completion of CAPAs resulting from investigations, monitoring, audits or inspections<\/li>\n<li>Oversee investigations conducted by CIT and manage stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>As a facilitator of the Risk Management and Compliance Board (RMCB) and relevant Country Executive Board (CEB), encourage discussion of relevant significant risks and ensure that issues and conclusions are reported upward and consistently across the market<\/li>\n<li>Prepare risk management and governance reports for the GSK Nigeria Plc Board of Directors<\/li>\n<li>Support global training initiatives and ensure local training requirements are delivered effectively<\/li>\n<li>Champion of the Global Ethics and Compliance (GEC) function by promoting the value-add we bring<\/li>\n<li>Develop Compliance solutions engaging with Global Support Functions at the Country and Area level<\/li>\n<li>Enable and drive change by providing input to and supporting implementation of CH Global Compliance Initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Implement compliance programme standards and training by translating global requirements into local specific actions<\/li>\n<li>Design and ensure implementation of the Internal Control Framework that enables risk oversight and effective controls.
