according to project requirments;<\/li>\n<li>Excute FT plan,write FT report;<\/li>\n<li>Submit sw defects,help the programmer point and fix bugs;<\/li>\n<li>Summarize FT ,update FT working process and FT plan;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for training others FT skills and standards;<\/li>\n<li>Quik response for market feedback issue,test and verify the issue to the customers,push the issues being fixed on time.<\/li>\n<li>Other works assigned by manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electronics and Communication Engineering, knows Communication Theory and Standard well<\/li>\n<li>Knows well about mobile communication,has a good sense of network problem judgement;<\/li>\n<li>Knows operaters\u2019protocol,such as GSM,WCDMA,etc.also knows how to test;<\/li>\n<li>Knows 3GPP protocol,knows testing standards for GSM\/W-CDMA,HSPA,TDD\/FDD LTE;<\/li>\n<li>Good at communicating,describle the problems on time and clearly;<\/li>\n<li>Good sense of sw quality ,mission oriented;<\/li>\n<li>Go working travel according to superviser arrangement,in or out of home country;<\/li>\n<li>It will be in a higher priority if you have FT,audio testing contracts, and handling entry and exit procedures<\/li>\n<li>Implemented the promotion of human resource management personnel selection, performance appraisal, salary, incentive and other processes<\/li>\n<li>Regularly complete the corresponding work requirements under the leadership and supervision of superiors, and independently handle and solve the responsible
