Our world of innovation places great value in recruiting, retaining and developing highly talented individuals who take charge of their career whilst we provide the enabling environment to nurture it.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0HR Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking to recruit a Human Resource Officer with at least 1-2years relevant experience. The candidate would provide administrative support functions to the human resource operations of the Chicken Republic business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and Manage the HR databases for the division capturing the following type of people; applicants and the required documentations, recruitments in process and the required update information and\/or documents, employees of the company and the required information.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in the preparation and deployment of payroll activities every month and ensuring all employees are paid promptly and correctly<\/li>\n<li>Provision to staff all required processing forms when requested for; e.g., Leave Forms, Loan Forms, Medical forms, Pension forms, Tax forms, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Establish a network of relationships with the employees and ensure that this improves efficiency across the businesses<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement of recruitment strategies and processes while working closely with our management team<\/li>\n<li>Keep the records; documents and files relating to all staff within the division<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all employees\u2019 record files are properly updated with the necessary set of documents.<\/li>\n<li>Remittances of all taxes and payroll deductions in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of university degree or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Ability to cope with and work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Strong Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in HR or similar field.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate effectively<\/li>\n<li>Strong Oral and written Communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/foodconcepts.has-jobs.com\/hr-officer-lagos\/239085\/0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Food Concepts Plc (Owners of Chicken Republic) we have a competent workforce with a uniquely designed learning platform to help you grow your career.
