Sunray Ventures currently works in three different verticals.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Facilities Maintenance Engineer<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform ongoing preventive and corrective maintenance and repair work on the mechanical and electrical systems of the facility<\/li>\n<li>Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, fire\/life safety, and other systems;<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all safety procedures and requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance to State and federal ordinances and codes;<\/li>\n<li>Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and operate all electrical and mechanical equipment, plumbing systems, building management systems, and building repairs.<\/li>\n<li>Perform facility inspections and produce report on condition affecting operations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken;<\/li>\n<li>Attend training sessions and seminars; and<\/li>\n<li>Other tasks as may be assigned by hierarchy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good Degree in Engineering,<\/li>\n<li>2 -4 years of related work experience<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with others on a team to accomplish goals<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, maintain detailed and accurate records, and prepare clear and concise written reports<\/li>\n<li>Vendor management experience<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with regulations and building codes.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to apply engineering principles and techniques to the solution of equipment, buildings and infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prepare engineering specifications, statements of work, and estimates for a wide range of facility related projects<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use hand and power tools<\/li>\n<li>Budget management experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Above-market remuneration<\/li>\n<li>Health insurance benefits<\/li>\n<li>Career growth potential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/sunray.workable.com\/j\/35F95175EC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sunray Ventures is an African venture builder, addressing Africa\u2019s core opportunities and challenges, by building and growing high-impact companies that are leaders in their respective fields.
