Promises from customers and businesses all over the world.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0SCM Customer Care Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ref.:<\/strong> ML-195004<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maersk Nigeria is looking to hire a dynamic Customer Service professional to join our team.<\/li>\n<li>The SCM Customer CARE Agent will report to the SCM Customer CARE Manager and will be responsible to deliver a superior Customer experience to our SCM customers.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive in identifying issue and mitigating them, ensure issues raised are resolved quickly. Closely collaborate with other teams.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the first point of contact for customers.<\/li>\n<li>Actively build strong relationships with customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Updating\/creating customer specific IOP\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Adhering to the standard process and customer specific IOP\u2019s and monitor respective KPI\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Be the primary point of contact for customers and act as an advocate for the customer internally<\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment by working closely with customer and internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Identify and execute upselling opportunities Actively build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business, service needs, drivers and desires<\/li>\n<li>Own customer experience. Lead the team to achieve best-in-class Customer Service<\/li>\n<li>Proactively involve in project rollout and actively seeking out continuously improvement opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We are looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pro-active person with a service oriented mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Dedicated, Decisive and result orientated with a can-do attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Likes to get it right the first time and can look ahead to avoid issues from happening.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work under pressure while keeping quality in focus.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with Change Management and capable of delivering high quality before, during and after transformation.<\/li>\n<li>Good process understanding and digital proficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with working with multiple items at the same time whilst keeping quality in focus.<\/li>\n<li>Well organized, efficient and effective.<\/li>\n<li>An excellent team player.<\/li>\n<li>Good moral compass and ability to work the Company\u2019s values.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (written and oral)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum B.Sc or Master\u2019s Degree \/MBA in Marketing, Sales or Business-related course<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years customer service or sales experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in shipping\/logistics industry will be preferred but not compulsory.
