Head office is located in Lagos is currently seeking to recruit the services of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Internal Control and Audit Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:<\/strong>\u00a0Ibafo &amp; Abeokuta \u2013 Ogun<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To monitor internal control and ensure that staff comply with the bank\u2019s accounting system and internal control policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out all duties that focus on monitoring compliance with the bank\u2019s internal control policies in the branches and units.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out daily reconciliation of the company\u2019s bank accounts<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all outstanding transactions are posted promptly<\/li>\n<li>Ensure wrong postings of transactions are reversed<\/li>\n<li>Daily follow up with operations\/tellers on outstanding transactions<\/li>\n<li>Raise exception report on a daily basis<\/li>\n<li>Check all books of account to ensure they are free of errors.<\/li>\n<li>Verify all expenses made in the branch, including price verification and certification of payment voucher.<\/li>\n<li>Check loan forms and files for adequacy, precedent to disbursement.<\/li>\n<li>Verify client\u2019s business to confirm feasibility precedent to loan disbursement.<\/li>\n<li>Pay random visit to client site, for account reconciliation.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate training of client before disbursement of loan and interview and attends to clients before opening of accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all KYC and KYB documents are properly filed before reconciliation.<\/li>\n<li>Check petty cash book on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor bank\u2019s assets and identify any obsolete or idle assets for efficient disposal as may be required.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare compliance and control reports as may be appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties, as may be assigned by the Head, Internal Control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education\/Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or HND from a recognized academic institution in Accounting, Finance or other related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of Two (2) years relevant experience in related role; working in a Banking or Microfinance bank setting.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should be willing to resume within a short notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills &amp; Knowledge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skill<\/li>\n<li>Ability and aptitude to work with detail, precision, speed, and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Excel, Word processing.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of relevant accounting packages<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in existing regulatory framework and best practices in internal control and audit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Relationship Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Abeokuta and Ijebu Ode \u2013 Ogun<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objective &amp; Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To source for and open new accounts, disburse and manage loans and ensure full repayment as at when due.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attracts new customers to the business and maintain an excellent relationship with clients<\/li>\n<li>Analyze potential loan markets and development referral networks to locate prospects for credit products.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness while processing loan application of successful clients.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure client relationship management and confidentiality is maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Repetitively work towards increasing client base and product\u2019s volume of portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Pursue the sourcing of new accounts and client\/savings mobilization.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts pre-loan training, client and guarantor\u2019s verification.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure an efficient and effective process in savings and repayment collections.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and follow up on loan to ensure prompt and due repayment, while preventing default.<\/li>\n<li>Efficiently and effectively manage defaults where they occur.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Relationship Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education\/Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree from a recognized academic institution in marketing, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of Two (2) years relevant experience; working in a Banking or Microfinance bank setting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills &amp; Knowledge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skill<\/li>\n<li>Good sales and marketing skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability and aptitude to work with detail, precision, speed, and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Basic computer literacy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How
