Partnership model: We aim to achieve dominant market leadership positions for premier FMCG producers by combining quality production and brand value with expert distribution.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Account Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nPrincipal Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring daily bank reconciliation and verify outstanding amounts.<\/li>\n<li>Checking the General Trial Balance and Customer\/Bank Trial Balance on monthly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking funds in transit and ensuring reconciliation of all transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Checking stock movement and audit warehouse inventory at month end or as required where issues arise.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing daily, weekly and monthly procedures to control Company resources, and cash<\/li>\n<li>Performing Variance Analysis for each department\/Area expenditure and reporting to the regional functional managers on any variances and actions required.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying cost initiatives and sharing with HO Cost Management Department<\/li>\n<li>Generating and reviewing Financial Dashboard on a monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>Verifying and Generating monthly payroll, Rent, Depreciation, Amortization, Pre-payment<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for preparing an Annual Operations Budget for the department and co-ordinate the other Regional Functional Heads to develop their budgets<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring reconciliation of inventory, sales and cash daily.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the accuracy of the sales posting on daily basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nEligible candidate should possess the following skills &amp; knowledge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of effective budget preparation<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with little or no supervision<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with people of diverse background and ethnicity and race<\/li>\n<li>Ability to blend with the organizational culture of the Company<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage time and resources<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Use of ERP ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE (A MUST)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to motivate and enforce compliance<\/li>\n<li>Mathematical Skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (or other Accounting Software)<\/li>\n<li>Effective verbal and written communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:jobs@greatbrandsng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jobs@greatbrandsng.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>14th December, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Great Brands Nigeria Limited is a World-Class, People Orientated, Performance Driven, Sales and Distribution Company.
