As a result of growth and the need to strengthen our current team, we need exceptional individuals with the right qualifications, drive and experience to join our team of professionals.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Food Technologist (Production)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To handle customer feedback and investigation.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting self-audit and ensure daily stock taking of products produced.<\/li>\n<li>Ready to work long hours to ensure production targets are achieved<\/li>\n<li>Highly experienced in all NAFDAC &amp; SON rules and regulations to avoid sanction.<\/li>\n<li>All other production functions as required.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that Food Safety and quality awareness are implemented, understood and practiced by all production staff.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Q.A or Q.C department for improvement on production process to ensure product safety and quality.<\/li>\n<li>Adequate compliance with SOP for all production activities.<\/li>\n<li>Optimum utilization of production materials, time and manpower.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that safety guides and regulations are strictly adhered to on production lines.<\/li>\n<li>Manage production staff and ensure on the job training and assessment of operators and operatives.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and organizing maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure achievement of production plan<\/li>\n<li>Work strictly according to the company requirements for optimal safety, hygiene and protection of the environment.<\/li>\n<li>Keep up to date with latest trends in the food service industry and work with the team to introduce new ideas regularly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactive, good scientific and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be hardworking and highly trustworthy.<\/li>\n<li>Good written &amp; verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>MS Office proficient.<\/li>\n<li>Good emotional intelligence and a team player<\/li>\n<li>HND\/B.Sc.
