We have begun to offer training courses to the woodworking industry.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Furniture Machinist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure proper handling and filing of process documents \u2013 Job Order, Cutlist, Maxcut, Registers etc.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in assembling of doors and other client wood work specification.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn how to use a beam saw, boring machine and other furniture machines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to shape to specified materials using both hand and work tools<\/li>\n<li>Ability to assemble and fasten materials using hand tools, wood tools, dowel pins and glue<\/li>\n<li>Ability to finish surfaces of woodwork using wood paints, lacquer etc<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge must include design, cutting lists, pricing, production process, and installation process.<\/li>\n<li>Possess a working knowledge of furniture fittings and accessories<\/li>\n<li>To work towards meeting minimum target of 75 boards a day to be cut without chips.<\/li>\n<li>To follow edge banding procedure and producing to top quality standard (authorized standard).<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that instructions relating to production are correctly followed.<\/li>\n<li>Proper arrangement of panels and checking quantity as depicted in cutlist and approved standard for production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate should have good experience with cutting,edge-banding and Laminate pressing machines.<\/li>\n<li>Possession of Technical\/Trade Test or relevant certificate is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Special Features of Job Holder:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The job holder must have a minimum of technical college certificate and apprenticeship scheme.<\/li>\n<li>Be honest, creative imagination, multi-tasking and hardworking with at least years years working experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:eze@aframero.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>eze@aframero.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>18th December, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aframero Limited \u2013 We are a fast growing multi branch company in the furniture component trading and manufacturing sector.
