Hard work, dedication, passion and team spirit are key elements of our work culture.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Experienced Business Development Executive<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Experienced Business Development Executive is responsible for managing business relationships with customers, to identify opportunities for growth and increased revenue for the company as well as improve the customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She will manage existing relationships with Enterprise customers, understanding their business model and market to be able to assist in the development of strategies that will enable the company and the Customer to grow and succeed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain productive business relationships with these decision makers to understand the Customers strategic direction and explore opportunities for the company to gain a larger share of the Customers wallets.<\/li>\n<li>Bring to bear own knowledge and experience of selling on the team, defining and implementing developmental strategies that will support the growth of the team and generate increased revenue for the company.<\/li>\n<li>Provide to the Line manager with the necessary sales reports, budgets, sales plan, and market analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships of specific accounts to drive increased network utilization.<\/li>\n<li>Generate new business leads using existing network of contacts and industry knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Engage and interact with decision makers at a senior level to identify new and emerging business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop respective plans for aggressive achievement of high value sales in timely fashion.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver sales presentations as may be required to high level decision makers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be sales driven and results- oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess excellent verbal and written communication.<\/li>\n<li>Effective planning and organization skills.<\/li>\n<li>High energy and resilience.<\/li>\n<li>You will have a positive personality with a proven ability to build lasting relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess at least 2 years work experience in Sales\/Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Must possess at least 2 years experience in selling Safety wear, Power Tools &amp; Other Industrial Consumables<\/li>\n<li>OND\/HND\/B.SC in Social Science or any relevant discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/careers.gibadi.com\/jobDetails.php?id=51\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>21st December, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gibadi is Nigeria\u2019s #1 Online Industrial Store.
