Headquartered in China, Fosun RZ Capital has presence in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Silicon Valley, India and Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0TMT Investment Director<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop investment strategies, target identification, source deals and build pipeline, develop investment thesis, present investments to investment committee (IC), and manage portfolio of investments<\/li>\n<li>Lead negotiations with target companies and potential co-investors, include negotiation of terms sheet; Prepare all necessary documents for the Management Committee and the Investment Committee for an investment decision<\/li>\n<li>Support, engage, and mentor portfolio companies\u2019 founders to maximize each venture success. Represent Fosun RZ Capital in the in the venture capital and entrepreneurial community.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively network to identify new opportunities as well as build network of trusted, top tier co-investors. Regularly provide updates to executives and key stakeholders on the overall health of the portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Build and manage a highly driven and efficient team covering opportunities across ASEAN<\/li>\n<li>Liaise and collaborate with teams in China, US and India<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successful track record of sourcing sound investments with strategic and financial return desired<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience creating and maintaining entrepreneurial relationships in venture capital ecosystem<\/li>\n<li>Superior analytical skills, must be able to think creatively and achieve results in a highly matrixed organization<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English desired.<\/li>\n<li>5 years of cumulative work experience in tech, finance desired; 8 years venture capital, private equity investing or business development experience desired<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of ASEAN markets, experience with startup companies, venture capitalists, commercial partnerships, and incubators required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/875307581\/?refId=713db1c1-a758-4d12-a428-d04c9895da2d&amp;trk=flagship3_search_srp_jobs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fosun RZ Capital, formerly known as Fosun Kinzon Capital, is the global venture capital arm of the Fosun Group.
