We understand the different business needs of our corporate and private clients, as well as our ability to integrate IT and communications technologies to offer real solutions to their needs.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Web Design and Mobile Application Developer<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performing system backup and maintenance functions.<\/li>\n<li>Create and develop websites, mobile applications, web applications and other related projects as determined by the company.<\/li>\n<li>Handle analysis for projects; research for solutions of projects.<\/li>\n<li>Updates user and technical documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop, manage, and maintain websites and mobile sites and e-commerce sites.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Web Content Management System of websites.<\/li>\n<li>Gain hands on practical experience of Help Desk roles and responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop skills to design graphics with Corel Draw, Photoshop Illustrator, Adobe Master Collections and other website development platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Personal Development:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop interpersonal skills in order to communicate with external clients.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping up to new technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Be ready to work with minimum supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Be a team player.<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about web design, Web and mobile development.<\/li>\n<li>Be willing to know and develop more skills.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Develop planning, organisational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Increase knowledge of computer skills and technology.<\/li>\n<li>Develop team-based work competencies.<\/li>\n<li>Develop interpersonal skills in order to communicate with others staffs.<\/li>\n<li>Develop interpersonal skills in order to communicate with day-to-day business contacts through follow up calls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Selection Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team-based environment.<\/li>\n<li>Should reside in Abuja, Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/B.Tech\/HND in Computer Science or Information Technology or any related field.<\/li>\n<li>Energetic, organized and detailed skilled with today\u2019s technology.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge and experience in HTML, CSS, JAVA SCRIPT, JQUERY, Adobe CC Suite ( Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc\u2026), wordpress, joomla, Drupal, and other web developement paltforms.<\/li>\n<li>Portofolio of projects done.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s and links to jobs done before to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:infotech@velourandbarrette.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>infotech@velourandbarrette.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>31st January, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Velour and Barrette Nigeria Limited \u2013 We are a company with diverse ground of services, among which Information Technology is our first division.
