We currently boast one of the largest and youngest fleets of ballastable vessels to cater to the upscale growth in offshore demand across Asia.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Base Manager<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Port-Harcourt, Rivers<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong><br \/>\nJob Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as Teras Offshore base representative in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>Interface with all Teras Offshore departments in the daily management of vessels.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all aspects of the charter &amp; contractual obligations are fulfilled and complied accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Attend to surveys and audit logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Attend safety and operational meetings, as required by client.<\/li>\n<li>To manage all the vessels\u2019 operational logistics matters to ensure smooth support services as per contract.<\/li>\n<li>Any other ad hoc duties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess minimum 5 years of working experience in operational role of liftboats.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably someone who had worked in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>Able to communicate effectively with all different nationalities of all ranks.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to respond immediately and professionally to any emergency.<\/li>\n<li>Able to roll up sleeves to get on with the work.<\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably someone who has experienced in handling operational role of liftboats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Technical Superintendent<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Port-Harcourt, Rivers<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support vessels on all technical matters relating and ensuring compliance to Company guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and vessels\u2019 operations manual.<\/li>\n<li>Attending to client\u2019s expectations and technical requirements timely and cost effective manner. Attends client\u2019s safety and operational meetings as required<\/li>\n<li>Assist in interface coordination with the Operations and Technical team in the management of the vessels<\/li>\n<li>Plan and supervise routine maintenance and surveys locally; attends to vessels\u2019 Class related matters<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely preparation, filing and dispatch of technical reports as required by head office and client through Marine Operations Manager<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper inventory control and optimum stock level maintenance on board<\/li>\n<li>Conduct technical inspection of the vessels as required.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in and issue written reports\/statements of inspections, investigation and similar activities if required<\/li>\n<li>Assist in engine staff\u2019s selection and training locally as required<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other ad hoc duties to support the KSA based operations team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marine Engineering\/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position<\/li>\n<li>Self-driven with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently under minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical mind and highly proactive in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Possess good organisational and communication skills and hands-on<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with the industry standards and compliance requirements<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel within short notice as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Accounts Executive<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Port Harcourt, Rivers<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare monthly closing and full set of books independently.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare profit and loss statement, balance sheet and audit schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare statutory and management reports.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare bank, supplier, debtor and intercompany reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Process inter-company billings.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with auditors and tax agents.<\/li>\n<li>Perform sales invoicing to clients with information from operations department.<\/li>\n<li>Interact with internal and external clients relating to accounts and finance matters of out-standings, credit\/debit notes, deductions, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Handle account payables and receivables.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in document administration.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in marketing\/ operational administration support.<\/li>\n<li>Perform ad-hoc task assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Diploma in Accountancy.<\/li>\n<li>Min 3 years relevant experience in a similar role preferably in Offshore Marine\/Construction\/Oil &amp;
