As a leading professional services firm, we have much to contribute to public policy, business and society throughout the world.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0IT Business Analyst<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking an IT Business Analyst for our IT projects and operations.<\/li>\n<li>Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects. Collect, analyze and validate business or user requirements. Act as an interface between the end-users, development team and technical support team.<\/li>\n<li>Create functional requirements in use cases. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives\/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Perform quality assurance. Execute test scenarios and test scripts.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare hardware and software requirement specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Work with stakeholders at all levels as defined by the individual project.<\/li>\n<li>Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate potential software solutions, including off-the-shelf and open source components, and the system architecture to ensure that they meet business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Produce all IT project documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in one or more programming languages would be a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience in writing SQL queries.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge in process modelling and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and deliver efficient results on time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preferred Candidate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Career Level: middle level.<\/li>\n<li>A degree in IT\/Computer Science or related field.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years\u2019 experience in business analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<a href=\"http:\/\/securishield.ca\/orangehrm\/symfony\/web\/index.php\/recruitmentApply\/applyVacancy\/id\/20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Specialist<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking an innovative and driven business development manager to join our growing team.<\/li>\n<li>Build client engagements by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research to identify new markets and strategies to address the needs of targeted prospective clients (Federal and state governments, public and private companies and individuals).<\/li>\n<li>Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and present proposals for IT projects.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and test unique marketing and advertising strategies for the IT industry.<\/li>\n<li>Promote the company\u2019s products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing a user-friendly feedback system.<\/li>\n<li>Brainstorm with management and the software development team to identify IT solutions and services that would appeal to new clients.<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of contacts\/leads and revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Develop trainees into valuable salespeople.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Attend networking events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience and track record as a business development Specialist in an IT company or a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Great networking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Goal-oriented, organized team player with good negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Possession of analytical and mathematical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prepare sales budgets and forecasts.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze data and sales statistics.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable in both leadership and team-player roles.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preferred Candidate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Career Level: middle level.<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/BA in Business Administration, marketing or related field.
