We were ranked 5th in 2015 by a&amp;s Security 50, which ranks global security industry players according to total security equipment sales.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Channel Sales Engineer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Sales<br \/>\n<strong>Managing skills:<\/strong> Self-management<br \/>\n<strong>Industry:<\/strong> CCTV, Security Solution, electronic engineering, computer science, network communication<br \/>\n<strong>Required Travel:<\/strong> possibility<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and execute marketing programs that increase revenue for plumbing channels.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the development and management of sizeable marketing communication budget plus channel budget.<\/li>\n<li>The talented Channel Sales Manager we seek will lead the development and execution of the sales strategy for the Traditional and Emerging Markets Plumbing Channels.<\/li>\n<li>You will provide leadership review for new and existing channel profitability and marketing programs.<\/li>\n<li>Set marketing direction and execute marketing initiatives in support of the plumbing products\u2019 categories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nChannel Strategy Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To develop channel strategy, channel service support;<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and inspect the channel strategy implementation, and according to the need for strategic adjustment;<\/li>\n<li>The related dynamic monitoring competitors and industry trends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Channel Relationship Management and Maintenance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The channels to provide sales and technical support resources, products, etc.;<\/li>\n<li>Timely communication with customers, feedback market information, and put forward opinions and suggestions;<\/li>\n<li>The joint operations with channels for customers, to promote product sales;<\/li>\n<li>Always keep a variety of ways of communication with customers and maintain the regional important customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Channel Relationship Development:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>According to the marketing plan and implement sales and marketing plan;<\/li>\n<li>Actively looking for new channel cooperation targets, and carries on the qualification and analysis;<\/li>\n<li>Develop channels to communicate with customers, making cooperation plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sales orders to complete:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Convey the company\u2019s products to the customer information, sales policy;<\/li>\n<li>Actively strive for the customer order, achieve sales target;<\/li>\n<li>The organization and participation of the agent business negotiations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Brand Promotion:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and brand promotion activities, improve the company\u2019s brand influence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nEducation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Network Communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good at English speaking, good negotiation and convincing skills, interpersonal skills, self-motivated;<\/li>\n<li>Understand security system and solution, image processing, computer networks, sales, solution, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>More than 3 years\u2019 experience in related industry.
