We understand the different business needs of our corporate and private clients, as well as our ability to integrate IT and communications technologies to offer real solutions to their needs.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Digital\/Field Marketing Executive<br \/>\nRef Id:<\/strong> DFM001<strong><br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Abuja<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advertise the company across all social media platform that are trendy, relevant, popular,efficient and effective.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in field marketing assignments and digital marketing assignments.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare proposals, Letters, brochures, advertisements as it relates to the marketing and sales department.<\/li>\n<li>Create dynamic written, graphic, and video content.<\/li>\n<li>Present Velour and Barrette Nigeria Ltd. to potential Clients through communications; in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, emails, and through social media marketing platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain personal and professional development to meet demands of the job, and participate on related training activities.<\/li>\n<li>Reach sales target as agreed by the management on a monthly\/annual basis.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper and accurate documentation of sales and marketing reports.<\/li>\n<li>Meet all financial targets laid down by the Company.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business deals.<\/li>\n<li>Develop new and creative growth strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Propose new ideas and concept for social media strategies\/campaign.<\/li>\n<li>Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with agencies, other vendors partners.<\/li>\n<li>Promote the company\u2019s goals and Objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the company Vision and mission as well as portray the value and behavior at all time.<\/li>\n<li>Provide sales and marketing of the company services to organizations, firms, agencies (privates and public), NGOs, Churches and other bodies as directed by the management.<\/li>\n<li>Provide Clients with proposals and details that fit their needs.<\/li>\n<li>Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute all digital marketing techniques, campaigns, including SEO\/SEM.<\/li>\n<li>Take charge of all projects social media presence.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all social media communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Personal Development:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop planning, organisational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Increase knowledge of computer skills and technology.<\/li>\n<li>Develop team-based work competencies.<\/li>\n<li>Develop interpersonal skills in order to communicate with others staffs.<\/li>\n<li>Develop interpersonal skills in order to communicate with day-to-day business contacts through follow up calls.<\/li>\n<li>Develop interpersonal skills in order to communicate with external clients.<\/li>\n<li>Be ready to work with minimum supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Be a team player.<\/li>\n<li>Be passionate about social media marketing, sales and marketing as a whole.<\/li>\n<li>Be willing to know and develop more skills.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Strong and creative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Selection Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Well composed, mannered, clean and good ethics.<\/li>\n<li>Ready to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Have a strong leadership culture.<\/li>\n<li>Be professional in his\/her dressing.<\/li>\n<li>Take proactive measures.<\/li>\n<li>Good written and Oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing lead generation skill.<\/li>\n<li>Speaking at least 1 or 2 major Nigerian languages: Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba (Candidates who can also speak French will have an added advantage).<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience in digital marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Should reside in Abuja, Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of OND in Marketing, Social science, Business administration, or Communication-related course, or any related field (Not a must).<\/li>\n<li>Energetic, organized and detailed skill with today\u2019s technology.<\/li>\n<li>Should have a background of administration and office management.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in sales and marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Previous social media experience.<\/li>\n<li>Have a excellent accounting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Highly developed interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good computer skills: MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc..) required.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of other Office related software will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application and CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:infotech@velourandbarrette.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>infotech@velourandbarrette.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>31st January, 2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Application must be titled: Application for the position of Digital and Field Marketing Executive \u2013 DFM001.
