the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Business Development.<br \/>\n<strong>Reports To:<\/strong> Chief Executive Officer (CEO)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role of the Business Development Manager is an energetic and ambitious position to improve the organization\u2019s market position, achieve financial growth and expand our clientele.<\/li>\n<li>You would be responsible for defining organizations long-term and strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals while still maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.<\/li>\n<li>He or she MUST be able to identify potential new clients, craft proposals, and review contracts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.<\/li>\n<li>Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers<\/li>\n<li>Develop quotes and write proposals for clients.<\/li>\n<li>Research and cultivate an accurate perception of the organization\u2019s mission and goals.<\/li>\n<li>Submit and ensure data is accurate on weekly progress reports.<\/li>\n<li>Present new products and services to improve existing relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Forecast sales objectives and ensure they are fulfilled by the business development team<\/li>\n<li>Finding and developing new markets and improving sales<\/li>\n<li>Generate prospect for potential clients and convert them into buying clients<\/li>\n<li>Develop a growth strategy that would focus both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies that would help improve the business and take the business to the next level.<\/li>\n<li>Promote the company\u2019s products\/services addressing or predicting clients\u2019 objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Keep good records of sales, incomes and invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Recognize opportunities for distribution channels, services, and campaigns that will result in sales<\/li>\n<li>Attend industry functions, including conferences and association events, and contribute information and feedback on upcoming market trends<\/li>\n<li>Drive the growth of the company by generating new business opportunities as well as motivating employees<\/li>\n<li>Work with the internal team and other managers\/heads of department to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A university Degree or it\u2019s equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, and Master\u2019s in Business Administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Professional Qualification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Metropolitan School of Business &amp; Management (MSBM)<\/li>\n<li>International School of Management (ISM)<\/li>\n<li>Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in core marketing of Facility Management portfolios, with at least one (2) years managerial experience in Business Administration \/ Facilities Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent Organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English<\/li>\n<li>Good Market knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Strong Communication &amp; Negotiation skills with IT fluency.<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience as business development, sales executive or a relevant role.<\/li>\n<li>Have knowledge of website development and management<\/li>\n<li>Proven knowledge of Digital Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Proven sales track record.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in customer support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Working Condition:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working Condition includes foot movements supervisory duties, communication with staff and clients, attention to details and good record keeping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Physical Demands:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Physical demands include a lot of
