We comprise of a group of professionals from major sector of the economy with a passion to drive the travel and tourism industry to a point of significance and relevance with the power of innovative technology.<\/p>\n<p>We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Title:\u00a02019 Internship Program<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Type:<\/strong> 1 year contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ICarryGo.com Limited is currently looking for a young and vibrant talents to participate in her internship program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Social media and digital marketing management<\/li>\n<li>Receiving calls from online customers and resolving customer queries and any customer related issues as regards their transactions with iCarryGo.com<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper flight reservation, hotels and cars and issue ticket and voucher where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective and efficient intra and interpersonal communication with the customers<\/li>\n<li>Educate and enlighten customer on the new and existing products of the company<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adequate solution to customers on<\/li>\n<li>any difficulty encounter why booking ticket<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NCE\/OND\/SSCE<\/li>\n<li>Must be Social Media and Digital marketing Savy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N25,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales and Ticketing Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nMain Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receiving calls from online customers and resolving customer queries and any customer related issues as regards their transactions with iCarryGo.com<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper flight reservation, hotels and cars and issue ticket and voucher where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective and efficient intra and interpersonal communication with the customers<\/li>\n<li>Educate and enlighten customer on the new and existing products of the company<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adequate solution to customers on any difficulty encounter why booking ticket on their own<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and forward daily sales report to the account department at every close of business<\/li>\n<li>You will be required to go for marketing, acquire new clients individual and corporate for the growth of your branch and to meet your set target Monthly<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper balancing of every online transaction ,off-line transaction, walk-in-customer on daily basis and present it to account department for review<\/li>\n<li>Provide a simple income and expenditure of the company at the end of every month<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on every prospects and pending transaction on a daily basis<\/li>\n<li>Your duties\/responsibilities maybe modified at the discretion of the management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants must have worked in a similar position<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/BA\/HND\/ in any course<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must be skilled in the use of GDS software and other computer programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN65,000<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV and Cover Letters to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@icarrygo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>jobs@icarrygo.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the subject as Job Title(Location).
