We also offer a host of other tangible and intangible benefits that will transform you into a world-class techy professional.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Network Engineer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for network engineers to design, implement and maintain and support our growing network infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>The engineers will be part of the systems engineering team that is responsible for designing and developing solution architectures that meet business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Provide network support for on-site and off-site locations while ensuring that SLAs are maintained.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide level \u2013 2\/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues<\/li>\n<li>Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, awareness and success of changes made to the network infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Select and implement security tools, policies and procedures in conjunction with company policy.<\/li>\n<li>Select and implement security tools, policies and procedures in conjunction with the company\u2019s security team<\/li>\n<li>Prepare engineering reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information, network engineering and application trends<\/li>\n<li>Configure and install various network devices and services (routers, switches, firewall, load balancers, VPN, QoS)<\/li>\n<li>Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations<\/li>\n<li>Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability<\/li>\n<li>Monitor system resource utilization, trending and capacity planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of networking protocols<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of the OSI or TCP\/IP model and its implementation<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in working with radios<\/li>\n<li>Good leadership, written and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team<\/li>\n<li>Self-driven personality.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of HND\/B.Sc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical \/ Electronic engineering or a related subject<\/li>\n<li>Certifications in any reputable Network OEM will be ad added advantage.
