Our goal at Machineyard is to speedily link equipment dealers with end-users in a secure environment.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Legal Intern<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Primarily to provide comprehensive support to the Legal &amp; Business Affairs team, as well as keeping the office running smoothly and assisting other members of the department where necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting with the preparation of agreements and letters, ensuring execution circulation and filing.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and updating department information schedules<\/li>\n<li>Referring compilation, synchronization and premium requests.<\/li>\n<li>Other general administrative duties, including providing assistance to other teams within the label, as requested by the manager from time to time.<\/li>\n<li>Typing agreements using Word, Outlook and audio skills.<\/li>\n<li>Answering queries and or redirecting them where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and issuing own correspondence as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Filing, both current and archived. Archiving files as necessary and ensuring active files are moved when completed.
