Our goal is to help our esteemed clients eliminate issues bordering on having incompatible or inexpert employees.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Human Resource Consultant<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job category:<\/strong> Human Resources<br \/>\n<strong>Level:<\/strong> Entry level\/Graduate<br \/>\n<strong>Employment type:<\/strong> Fixed term contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are currently seeking to fill the position of a qualified HR Consultant to lead a variety of human resource projects and provide fruitful human capital advice.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she will help the company optimize everyday processes such as recruitment, as well as implement strategic HR plans and technology.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she must possess in-depth knowledge of human resource management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities\/Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advising management on the administration of human resources policies and proceduresServing as internal consultants by analyzing a company\u2019s current HR programs and recommending solutions<\/li>\n<li>Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Provide company with updated salary and job description information.<\/li>\n<li>Help implement applicant tracking systems<\/li>\n<li>Provide consultation and guidance to senior management and organizational partners in the interpretation of human resource management policies, procedures, programs and application of related government laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop employee restructuring plans.<\/li>\n<li>Provide advice on discipline process, conduct disciplinary review conferences and advise on appropriate outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the design, development and implementation of innovative workforce retention programs.<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast with new trends and advancements in the human resources filed.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects<\/li>\n<li>Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues<\/li>\n<li>Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters<\/li>\n<li>Assist in recruiting and management of personnel<\/li>\n<li>Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development and integration of policies<\/li>\n<li>Select and implement suitable HR technology<\/li>\n<li>Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices<\/li>\n<li>Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues<\/li>\n<li>Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of ATS softwares<\/li>\n<li>Ability to strategize and formulate business plans<\/li>\n<li>An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and consulting skills<\/li>\n<li>A team player<\/li>\n<li>Good sales and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>A confident and positive attitude<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience with preparing business plans<\/li>\n<li>Must possess a first-hand knowledge of the usage of human resources software.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years experience in an HR consulting environment<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field; MSc\/MA\/professional qualification in human resources will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of research methods and analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/bradfieldconsulting.has-jobs.co.uk\/human-resource-consultant-lagos\/241329\/0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>25th January, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bradfield Consulting is a professional service firm created to provide human resource solutions for organizations of any size.
