At So Fresh, we believe food should be fresh and close to nature as possible, hence we create fresh, tasty, yum, organic, nutritious and healthy food choices.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Restaurant Manager<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><br \/>\nPlanning:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organise and oversees the day to day operations and efficient functioning of all units within the outlet<\/li>\n<li>Conducts weekly operations meeting within a reasonable and convenient time for all staff.<\/li>\n<li>Liaises with suppliers, distributors, vendors and other service providers to the store.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Administrative and other duties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate and sends daily, weekly and monthly reports (sales, stock, audit, and required reports)<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate minor repairs involving the generators, air-conditioning, refrigeration units and other equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Reports major repairs and maintenance work to the Facility Manager &amp; follow up to ensure job is done.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strict compliance with service protocols<\/li>\n<li>Ensures strict compliance to Food Safety and Quality Standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensures strict compliance to dress code, good hygiene standards and general outlook among staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Managerial:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures daily store opening\/closing times and procedures are strictly followed.<\/li>\n<li>Delegate tasks; following up on work results<\/li>\n<li>Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees<\/li>\n<li>Ensure orderliness, routine cleaning and good hygienic condition<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for job sequencing, delegation, workplace scheduling, coaching and mentoring of employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Customer Service:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promptly attends to customer enquiries and complaints<\/li>\n<li>Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean environment<\/li>\n<li>Identifies current and future customer\u2019s requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Constantly interfacing with the Help Desk unit for product availability &amp; timely delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures an organised, beautiful, and comfortable shopping environment for customers to have an enjoyable shopping experience.<\/li>\n<li>Be available to promptly attend to customers in the outlet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Closes out cashiers<\/li>\n<li>Reconciles sales<\/li>\n<li>Remit daily sales to the bank<\/li>\n<li>Drive Sales Target<\/li>\n<li>Manages prudently the outlet petty cash expenditure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hrteam@sofreshng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hrteam@sofreshng.com<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nOr<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/1061415474\/?eBP=NotAvailableFromVoyagerAPI&amp;refId=2d128b85-c0fe-4e7d-8ae6-1dfa9b3ddbbc&amp;trk=d_flagship3_search_srp_jobs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make your location and your field of specialization the subject of the mail.<\/li>\n<li>Only qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So Fresh Neighbourhood Market is Nigeria\u2019s number one premium healthy food brand, that provides fresh, good, clean nutrition and promote a healthy lifestyle.
