These services are delivered with skilled and experience guided by our core values and driven by our belief that we are more than conquerors.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Marketing Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a Marketing Executive, you will contribute and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote products sales and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and oversee advertising\/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication<\/li>\n<li>Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/B.Sc\/B.A in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as Marketing Executive or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 4years work experience and above in the real estate sector<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Web Trends)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and people skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities<\/li>\n<li>Creativity and commercial awareness<\/li>\n<li>Applicants should reside within Ogba, Ikeja, Agege, Ojodu-berger, Iju-Ishaga,etc<\/li>\n<li>Professional qualification in Real Estate an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Executive<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Business Development Executive will focus on customer acquisition in a Real Estate Sector.<\/li>\n<li>Researches client business referrals, network, and web leads. Provide prospective customers\/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Building business relationships with current and potential clients<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts<\/li>\n<li>Developing customized targeted sales strategies<\/li>\n<li>Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating business generation activities<\/li>\n<li>Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions<\/li>\n<li>Creating and maintaining a list\/database of prospect clients<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information<\/li>\n<li>Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients<\/li>\n<li>Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support<\/li>\n<li>Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources<\/li>\n<li>Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Closing sales and working with client through closing process<\/li>\n<li>Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with lead generation and prospect management<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers<\/li>\n<li>Persuasive and goal-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor<\/li>\n<li>Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and self-directed<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry<\/li>\n<li>High school degree or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Four years experience in sales, or related sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated and proven sales results<\/li>\n<li>Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge<\/li>\n<li>Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\/Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@pruviaintegrated.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@pruviaintegrated.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with their valid addresses and contact numbers included.
