This first batch of home-made Fastizers Cookies, produced with less than N1,000, got so much positive feedback it inspired the production of subsequent batches, however still on a small scale from a home-kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Supervisor<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Ogun<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build new customer base to maximize sales.<\/li>\n<li>Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise field marketing and sales force.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales<\/li>\n<li>Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends<\/li>\n<li>Identify new markets and business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Feedback to the management on competitors\u2019 activities, market situations and customer\u2019s complaint.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee sales activities aimed at increasing sales.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all sales staff in the region<\/li>\n<li>Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support<\/li>\n<li>Organize and coordinate activities of sales representatives<\/li>\n<li>Receive and report on all sales leads to Sales Manager<\/li>\n<li>Supervise sales representatives and Canvassers<\/li>\n<li>Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals<\/li>\n<li>Implement strategies to sell products or services.<\/li>\n<li>Develop new territories<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position<\/li>\n<li>MUST have worked in a FMCG for minimum of 2-3 years consecutively<\/li>\n<li>Determination and the drive to work towards targets.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Must reside in either Abeokuta or Ibadan<\/li>\n<li>Supervisory and management experience<\/li>\n<li>Large team handling capability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@fastizers.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@fastizers.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the code \u201cSales Supervisor-015\u201d as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only applicants that meet the above criteria will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited started with its first production of cookies 5 years ago, desiring to cater to its immediate community.
