If you have relevant experience in Luxury sales and have been waiting for the right opportunity, we have the stage set and we need someone who can shine and deliver!<\/li>\n<li>We are looking for a competent, passionate, diligent, trustworthy and extremely creative Sales Executive to drive, inspire and manage our sales team. If you have a track record for property sales above N250 Million, then you will help us to sell our products, solutions and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborates with accounts management to handle customer accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Collects and relays customer feedback and champions quick solutions for complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Regular review of the existing services and make sure that the services are getting delivered on time.<\/li>\n<li>Performs sales &amp; marketing activities aimed at establishing new clients &amp; business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers<\/li>\n<li>Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others<\/li>\n<li>advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions<\/li>\n<li>create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to team effort by achieving sales targets and goals set<\/li>\n<li>Develops sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines and give advice on new lines based on the market trends<\/li>\n<li>Manages sales, client relations and customer base expansion<\/li>\n<li>Compiles, analyses and reports sales figures to Management<\/li>\n<li>Identifies relevant need for product improvements by being up to date on industry trends, market demand, and competitors\u2019 activities<\/li>\n<li>Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations<\/li>\n<li>Sets personal and team\u2019s KPI\u2019s and progresses towards activity targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Outstanding organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Sincere passion for Luxury sales and proven loyalty<\/li>\n<li>Strict adherence to company philosophy\/mission statement<\/li>\n<li>Interaction with C-levels players<\/li>\n<li>Strong sales skills, including prospecting, forecasting, pitching, presenting, and closing<\/li>\n<li>Available to work nights or weekends when needed<\/li>\n<li>Certifications in ISMMN, NASP, NIM, SMA, SMEI or any related certifications will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in sales and marketing or related field<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding written, verbal communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinker and analytical problem solver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@sujimotonig.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@sujimotonig.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Kindly make the subject of the mail the job title: Sales Executive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>This role is open to all applicants (Nigerians and Non-Nigerians).
