CTG Global enables public and private sectors to focus on their core business and mitigate risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Role objectives<\/strong><br \/>\nSpecific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HR Management.<\/li>\n<li>Business Development.<\/li>\n<li>Financial Management<\/li>\n<li>Operational Management.<\/li>\n<li>Personnel Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Project reporting<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role reports to the Country Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key competencies<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Team management<\/li>\n<li>The selected candidate is expected to manage CTG consultants working on UN projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Further information\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nEducation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in the field of Business Administration, HR or related field.<\/li>\n<li>A relevant HR qualification and\/or experience may be waived in lieu of a degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in HR processes and applications, exposure and expertise in HR systems data analysis and analytical skills required.<\/li>\n<li>Must be well versed in all MS Office applications and experienced in producing reports for management.<\/li>\n<li>Self -starter with good initiative and multi-tasking skills who pays attention to the details, demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems, excellent spoken and written communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Work Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in HRM, client relations.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/recruitmentctg.force.com\/xcdrecruit__Site_ExternalPositionDetails?id=a111o00000Dm8xg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Field Security Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Start date:<\/strong> 18\/02\/2019<br \/>\n<strong>Slot:<\/strong> 6 Openings<br \/>\n<strong>Overview of position\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role of the Field Security Officer is to implement and manage Duty of Care in accordance with CTG\u2019s contracts and obligations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Role objectives\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Induction Training \u2013 Providing the Security Awareness brief to all newly hired staff.<\/li>\n<li>Vetting and status check on all nationals as required.<\/li>\n<li>Review and track trip reports (not movement requests).<\/li>\n<li>Providing security advice to projects and consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Advising all CTG projects, staff and consultants on security incidents by sms and email as agreed with Account Managers.<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking analysis and sending out a monthly Nigerian wide security situation report.<\/li>\n<li>Establish a security information network to receive and then send out security advisories.<\/li>\n<li>Develop relationships with the client security managers, UNDSS and other security organisations in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>Keep updated contact list\/database of staff supervisors and security focal points.<\/li>\n<li>Establish an emergency call-out procedure for each project so CTG can track and react to incidents.<\/li>\n<li>Deploy forward to the regions to undertake reconnaissance of locations to assist consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Incident management: fill out incident reports, be on-call to deal with emergencies and undertake investigations as directed.<\/li>\n<li>Establish a lessons learned register post incident.<\/li>\n<li>Assist Account Managers with personal administration for consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Other tasks as directed by the Head of Security and Country Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly Country Security report.<\/li>\n<li>Incident Reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Weekly Nigeria Team Report (security component).<\/li>\n<li>Internal: Reports to the Country Manager. Will be required to work closely with the Account Managers and the Country Manager in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>External: Under the direction of the Account Managers, will be working with the client and the consultants as required.
