{"id":70240,"date":"2019-01-22T14:19:54","date_gmt":"2019-01-22T13:19:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=70240"},"modified":"2019-01-22T14:31:54","modified_gmt":"2019-01-22T13:31:54","slug":"workforce-group-latest-job-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/workforce-group-latest-job-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"Workforce Group Latest Job Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Workforce Group \u2013 Our Client is urgently looking for suitable candidate to fill the role below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title\/ Designation:\u00a0Front Desk\/ Receptionist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>:\u00a0 Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROLE DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Greet and welcome guests<\/li>\n<li>Answer questions and address complaints<\/li>\n<li>Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages<\/li>\n<li>Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them<\/li>\n<li>Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.<\/li>\n<li>Check, sort and forward emails<\/li>\n<li>Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Keep updated records and files<\/li>\n<li>Monitor office expenses and costs<\/li>\n<li>Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, computer etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Open to female applicants only<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of office management and basic book-keeping<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English (oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Communication and Presentation Skills<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork and Team Building Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Office Suite i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Applicant should reside around these locations; Gbagada, Bariga, Ikeja, Surulere, Oshodi, Yaba, and their environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Only current 2018 Batch \u2018C\u2019 NYSC corp member without a place of primary assignment are eligible to apply.
