Our infrastructure is in a Tier III constructed facility certified data centre offering carrier neutral colocation services.<\/p>\n<p>It is the most connected in Africa with all major carriers and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in the country and direct connection to all undersea cables serving the South Atlantic Coast of Africa.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Technical Lead<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical Lead is a senior IT professional in charge of the company\u2019s technology strategy and responsible for advancing it. The Technical Lead usually also coordinates and leads the Technical department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and supervise technical team<\/li>\n<li>Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness for the IT department<\/li>\n<li>Researches and recommends acquisition of network hardware and software<\/li>\n<li>Monitors network utilization and performance, implements procedures for network optimization, reliability, and availability<\/li>\n<li>Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time<\/li>\n<li>Build long term relationships with outside vendors for IT related products and services<\/li>\n<li>Manages and coordinates all IT-related matters including data security, and software.<\/li>\n<li>Strong networking and VSP, VMware skills.<\/li>\n<li>Trouble-shoots and solves problems related to hardware, software, and network problems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Problem solver and critical thinker<\/li>\n<li>Not less than 5 years networking and VM skills.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mind and research orientation<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience leading a technical team<\/li>\n<li>Relevant degree.<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Systems Administration\/System Engineer certification will be an asset<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Project and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nN150,000 \u2013 N200,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0\u00a0Sales Lead<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Sales Lead\u2019s main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. The team\u2019s main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into paid users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Find prospects and leads<\/li>\n<li>Learn details about our products and services<\/li>\n<li>Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants<\/li>\n<li>Identify most important sales KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Track and monitor your work<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present reports when needed<\/li>\n<li>.
