Over the years, DCP has developed a wide range of multi-disciplinary professional services covering both the private and public sectors of the economy through the \u201cDCP Ecosystem\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Station Head<br \/>\nLocations<\/strong>: Benue, Nasarawa, Ondo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role and Task Complexities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Head responsibility for sales and marketing, business development and new account development to assure maximum transportation revenue is developed for station.<\/li>\n<li>Guide, lead and support managers daily on issues if any associated with human resources, operations, communication, standardizing procedures, revenue enhancement and systems applications.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement plans, policies and programs to attain anticipated company needs in areas of functional responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Review evaluation of costs, activities, operations and anticipate data to identify progress toward established business development objectives and goals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure tractor acquisition and movement is being expedited safely plus in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure station facility offers professional, clean and safe working atmosphere for all employees.<\/li>\n<li>Direct as well as train management staff for sound human relations plus operational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure rules, directives and methods are conveyed to all station personnel and ensure safety procedures and programs are executed and maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize entire superior communication skills with purpose to motivate staff as well as develop effective working relations with executives, peers and clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Technical Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Mechanical engineering or a related Engineering discipline<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years\u2019 experience in a similar position<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and Competences<\/li>\n<li>Supervising Others and Conflict Resolution<\/li>\n<li>Emotional Intelligence and Communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>Performance management and Interviewing Skills<\/li>\n<li>Team Building and Delegation<\/li>\n<li>Coaching and analytical Problem Solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0IT Officer<br \/>\nLocations<\/strong>: Benue, Nasarawa, Ondo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role and Task Complexities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software, systems and system security<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing IT policies and best practice guides for the organization<\/li>\n<li>Conducting regular system audits and software performance tuning<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle video and photography cameras, as well as creating documentaries and editing video<\/li>\n<li>Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.<\/li>\n<li>Conceive and implement visual design of concepts, guidelines and strategies on all projects.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize a high level of skill across multiple design software packages (such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) to execute creative the brief required and within a time frame.<\/li>\n<li>Software installation and networking of systems<\/li>\n<li>Email set-up, troubleshooting and management and server administration and management<\/li>\n<li>Designing technical architecture to assist in simplifying and improve office processes as well as integrating systems and automating processes<\/li>\n<li>Conducting regular system audits and running regular checks on network and data security<\/li>\n<li>Assist in performing daily system monitoring, verifying integrity and availability of IT related resources<\/li>\n<li>Any other tasks assigned by supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field<\/li>\n<li>1-3 year experience in relevant and related role<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and Competences<\/li>\n<li>Managing projects;
