We are committed to forging long-term partnerships with our clients by creating and delivering robust and flexible services that address the changing needs of their business.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head of Spa and Wellness<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The SPA Director will own and manage operations for all of the company-owned SPAs. Coordinates the development of spa services delivery standards covering treatments, skin care, wellness, massage, program coordinating, reservations, reception desk etc.<\/li>\n<li>Be the primarily strategist for this business unit and is expected to develop short to medium term strategies to respond to market trends and opportunities arising, or to threats to the business.<\/li>\n<li>Design, implement, and manage the business\u2019s sales process, ranging from relationship development and customer service in order to achieve revenue targets.<\/li>\n<li>Will ensure strict compliance with service standards, and the maintenance of facilities in the best conditions to guarantee those expected service quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for managing the SPA Managers as direct reports , measuring them on all areas of each spa\u2019s day-to-day operation, including adoption of programs, services, hours of operation, facilities and staff.<\/li>\n<li>Be our standards bearer to ensure SPA Managers adhere to strict standards in maintaining SPA environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree<\/li>\n<li>Masters Degree an advantage<\/li>\n<li>A certification in beauty therapy or in SPA Wellness is necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a proven track record managing SPA &amp; wellness businesses and properties<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a luxury goods and services environment as an executive or manager will be a plus<\/li>\n<li>Ability to coach SPA managers to balance the competing needs of SPA team, (e.g. therapists), and the customers they serve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Digital Marketing Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.<\/li>\n<li>Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the redesign of the company website.<\/li>\n<li>Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website<\/li>\n<li>Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.<\/li>\n<li>Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing SEO and Affiliate programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in SEO, Email marketing, and social media.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.<\/li>\n<li>Previous company in a similar with HR firm is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Location: Lagos (Live close to Surulere is an advantage).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and subject as the job title.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>29th January, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
