It is an open, professional and vibrant exchange, connecting Nigeria, Africa and the world.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Team Lead, Corporate Social Responsibility<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Report to:<\/strong> Head, Corporate Communications<br \/>\n<strong>Grade:<\/strong> CSR<br \/>\n<strong>Division:<\/strong> Shared Services Division<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Corporate Communications Department<br \/>\n<strong>Estimated Date Of Resumption:<\/strong> Monday, March 4, 2019<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The individual will be tasked to provide thought leadership and counsel to Senior Management and EXCO in the areas of sustainability and corporate citizenship.<\/li>\n<li>The Lead is expected to be a well-rounded professional that understands how to leverage the tools of Communications to create awareness and equity for the Exchange.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define, develop and implement CSR\/ESG strategies, scorecards and action plans that contribute to the delivery of The Exchange\u2019s CSR vision, mission and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Create a comprehensive and integrated marketing drive to build excitement around CSR programs for both external and internal audiences<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate volunteer activities and events, drumming up support and persuading employee participation Working in partnership with various community groups<\/li>\n<li>Play a vital role in preparing and implementing an Annual &amp; long term CSR plan for The Exchange<\/li>\n<li>Engage employees and all other key stakeholders to whom CSR commitments apply<\/li>\n<li>Design and conduct CSR awareness programs\/interventions &amp; also create internal and external communications plans<\/li>\n<li>Serve as an internal resource and external representative on CSR matters<\/li>\n<li>Manage CSR assessment and consulting engagements, and other external consultants\/agencies<\/li>\n<li>Represent the Exchange in various Social organizations, conferences and groups to exchange CSR related developments and ideas<\/li>\n<li>Benchmark Industry best practices on CSR; Study &amp; analyse the developments in CSR both within &amp; outside the organization<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Company Top Management is engaged, involved and supports CSR initiatives and its implementation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the overall administration, processes and budget of programmes<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Managing the CSR team as well as staff in other teams within the organisation who have CSR activities formally allocated to them<\/li>\n<li>Report to the Executive Committee as appropriate on progress, strategic issues and budget allocation<\/li>\n<li>Work various internal stakeholders such as Human Resources, Broker Dealer Regulation, Listing Regulation, etc to develop, implement and monitor sustainability initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Manage the CSR reporting process, by working closely with business units &amp; different locations<\/li>\n<li>Act as a key player in developing an integrated CSR approach &amp; decision-making structure<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the consistent funding mechanism for CSR initiatives and funds are apportioned as per priority<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications And Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of how Sustainability fits into the wider strategic business context and company brand<\/li>\n<li>Experience\/Knowledge in dealing with international organizations such as UN Global Compact, WFE, Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI), etc<\/li>\n<li>Experience in stakeholders engagement and\/or community investment<\/li>\n<li>Understanding society and the positive affect CSR can have on the external environment.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of how CSR influences stakeholder relations<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in program\/project management (processes, budget, planning, resourcing, etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Functional Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conflict Management<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Behavioural Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attention to Detail<\/li>\n<li>Building Trust<\/li>\n<li>Delegation<\/li>\n<li>Effective Communication Skills (Written &amp; Oral)<\/li>\n<li>Time Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nse.com.ng:8443\/careers\/#\/vacancy\/121\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>11th February, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Nigerian Stock Exchange, services the largest economy in Africa, and is championing the development of Africa\u2019s financial markets.
