Our primary products include Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO) and Kerosene (DPK).<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Account Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ref Id:<\/strong> RO-00033<br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To establish Rainoil\u2019s financial status by collecting, analysing, verifying and reporting financial information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handles all aspects of assigned bookkeeping activities such as reconciliations, journals and nominal ledger administration by updating the accounting application with transactions as they occur<\/li>\n<li>Prepares periodic accounts as well as the group\u2019s statement of financial position at the end of the financial year<\/li>\n<li>Documents and updates records of all fixed assets to ensure assets are properly valued, accounted for and safeguarded<\/li>\n<li>Computes direct expenses as well as proper booking of all expenses<\/li>\n<li>Monitors of Rainoil\u2019s budget by performance evaluation and analysis of variances<\/li>\n<li>Processes the periodic payroll for the group<\/li>\n<li>Executes measures to ensure that the company\u2019s receivables are effectively monitored and are kept to the minimum<\/li>\n<li>Processes cash book transactions and prepares bank reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Manages invoices with respect to truck activities<\/li>\n<li>Prepares of the year end performance report showing the closing balances for assets, liabilities, cash and stock.<\/li>\n<li>Computes and remits various deductibles e.g. Pension funds PAYE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/HND in Finance\/ Accounting or any related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional certification e.g. Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA) is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years work experience in the Finance\/ Treasury\/ Accounts function in a similar organisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/careers.rainoil.com.ng\/apply\/application\/job\/33\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>1st February, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rainoil Limited is an integrated downstream oil and gas company.
