The Company is committed to offering the very best of travel deals packages such as cheap flights, cheap hotels, professional visa consultation, all at an affordable rate.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently recruiting for the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Cooperate Driver<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transport materials, and staff securely to areas where they are needed.<\/li>\n<li>Drive sales along side marketing staffs.<\/li>\n<li>Answer clients\u2019 inquiries as brilliantly as could be allowed<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely conveyance of staff and materials to and from places as instructed by supervisor or the manager<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle<\/li>\n<li>Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound Recognize electrical and mechanical faults and report to the employer or technician<\/li>\n<li>Report any instance of mishap or accident to the dispatcher or supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the car(s).<\/li>\n<li>Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or manager<\/li>\n<li>Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours<\/li>\n<li>Perform some other undertakings like dropping and picking of clients and running errands<\/li>\n<li>Pay tolls and other fundamental vehicle demands<\/li>\n<li>Dress professionally and in accordance with company\u2019s dress code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants must have deep understand of Abuja<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must be resident in Abuja.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must have valid drivers<\/li>\n<li>licence and also have a minimum of 2 years experience<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must have a minimum of a OND\/NCE qualification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Ticketing and Reservation Officer<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure adequate solution to customers on any difficulty encounter why booking ticket on their own<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper balancing of every online transaction, off-line transaction, walk-in-customer on daily basis and present it to account department for review<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on every prospects and pending transaction on a daily basis<\/li>\n<li>Your duties\/responsibilities maybe modified at the discretion of the management<\/li>\n<li>Booking of flight tickets and resolving ticket related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Receiving calls from online customers and resolving customer queries and any customer related issues as regards their transactions with Teefum Travels<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper flight reservation, hotels and cars and issue ticket and voucher where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective and efficient intra and interpersonal communication with the customers<\/li>\n<li>Educate and enlighten customer on the new and existing products of the company and also our visa consultation services.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure visa related issues are resolved timely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants must have worked in a similar position<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/BA\/HND\/OND in any course<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must be skilled in the use of Global Distribution software and other computer programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letters to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@teefumtravels.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>jobs@teefumtravels.com<\/strong><\/a>with the subject as \u201cApplication for add Job Title\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>28th February, 2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CVs must be saved with your name and position applied for.<\/li>\n<li>All Entries not properly sent will be rejected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Teefum Travels and Tours Limited is a travel company with her head office situated in, The Federal Capital Territory Abuja, Nigeria.
