Our Mission is to serve our clients technology needs by employing proven-innovative solutions to the highest industry standards.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Well Test Supervisor<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Rivers<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organise and supervise personnel and equipment usage in all aspects of the Well Site operations in accordance with the clients agreed programme and contractual requirements safely and efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nHealth &amp; Safety:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to fully comply with Company\u2019s Quality Assurance, Health and Safety Systems.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the client representative and Site Manager to ensure operations are conducted in compliance with safety standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work safely and coordinate team to do same<\/li>\n<li>Quick to note and report any hazardous defects in equipment and workplace or shortcomings in the existing controls, to line Manager<\/li>\n<li>Safe loading and offloading of equipment to and fro sites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Data Reporting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure data is collected accurately and presented professionally to achieve right results in line with best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Compile pre and end of job reports<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the office, creating reports, packing kits etc, when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Well Test Operations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be available for work at short notice when required.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly update knowledge on software changes, tool upgrades and operational problems.<\/li>\n<li>Successfully lead a team to carry out tasks<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the planning of pre load out and preparation of jobs.<\/li>\n<li>Successfully operate and understand functions of the Well Test equipment as well as Well Test operations (including data, sampling and gauge equipment)<\/li>\n<li>Attend pre and post job Client meetings when required.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain good rapport with onsite client representatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Communication:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively to external and internal parties of the Company.<\/li>\n<li>Keep line Manager abreast of offshore\/onshore operational activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Personnel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct internal trainings as required<\/li>\n<li>Complete personnel appraisals for immediate subordinates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-motivated and ability to motivate the Well Test crew.<\/li>\n<li>Quality communication and interpersonal sensitivity skills.<\/li>\n<li>Concise documentation and report keeping, process driven.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of qHSE\/QC and Competence system.<\/li>\n<li>Must be enrolled in Well test and DAQ competence programme.<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least 5-10 Years Surface\/ Subsea Well Testing experience and technically proficient in aspects of development completions.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining safety and quality of service to Clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge and Skill Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in working in challenging projects and team activities.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Oil and gas industry Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>A passion for innovation and excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Good numerical abilities and the ability to manage budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytic and problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal &amp; organisational skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Personal Qualities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to prioritise own work.<\/li>\n<li>An ability to think analytically, rigorously and creatively.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>A flexible and versatile attitude to working arrangements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@aftrac.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@aftrac.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Aftrac group is made up of Aftrac Limited, Aftrac Testing Limited and General Plant Service System Limited (GPSSL).
