Established in 2003 and still growing stronger, we enjoy conveying and delivering on service excellence while developing on more efficient processes through our highly trained professionals.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Service Representatives \u2013 CSR<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Service Representative (CSR) Job Summary<\/li>\n<li>We are looking for a Customer Service Officer with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team<\/li>\n<li>As the Customer Service Officer, you will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support<\/li>\n<li>The person in this role must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage large amounts of incoming calls<\/li>\n<li>Generate sales leads<\/li>\n<li>Identify and assess customers\u2019 needs to achieve satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods\/tools<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents<\/li>\n<li>Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies<\/li>\n<li>Take the extra mile to engage customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative<\/li>\n<li>Track record of over-achieving quota<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively<\/li>\n<li>Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM systems and practices<\/li>\n<li>Customer orientation and ability to adapt\/respond to different types of characters<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or National Diploma in either of these disciplines: Marketing, Psychology, Sociology<\/li>\n<li>Professional membership of Chartered institute of customer relationship management shall be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Preferable Female applicants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@libmot.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>info@libmot.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>1st February, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Libra Motors Limited, is a transport organization with specialization in people and material movement across several defined routes.
