{"id":71094,"date":"2019-02-06T14:55:47","date_gmt":"2019-02-06T13:55:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=71094"},"modified":"2019-02-06T14:55:47","modified_gmt":"2019-02-06T13:55:47","slug":"co-creation-hub-recent-opportunity-share-apply","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/co-creation-hub-recent-opportunity-share-apply.html","title":{"rendered":"Co-creation Hub Recent Opportunity &#8211; Share &#038; Apply!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Co-creation Hub Nigeria is a social enterprise committed to bringing together stakeholders from different walks of life to work collaboratively on solutions to social challenges facing the Nigerian society.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Manager \u2013 E-estates<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a Business Development Manager, your responsibility is to oversee, manage and lead the business development unit which includes the following roles; client and partner sales, marketing and client support.<\/li>\n<li>This leadership should ultimately lead to a boost in sales and maintenance of long-term business relationships by the growth of revenue and profit with old and new clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support<\/li>\n<li>Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers as well as partners<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that sales teams targets are set and met<\/li>\n<li>Work with Accounts department to keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.<\/li>\n<li>Develop sales strategies and plans focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research, product and market analysis to identify new markets and customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Build and oversee implementation of the strategy for marketing and managing the company\u2019s brand.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and direct marketing team on campaigns to promote awareness of products and services<\/li>\n<li>Arrange and attend sales meetings with clients and partners<\/li>\n<li>Prepare sales presentations and proposals for clients and partners<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate and negotiate relationships with clients and partners<\/li>\n<li>Manage and direct sales and partner relations staff on client and partner acquisition and support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organised in administration with Time management and planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools<\/li>\n<li>Experience working towards exceeding targets.<\/li>\n<li>University Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Real Estate Management\/sales<\/li>\n<li>Strong Connections with Real Estate Agents and Developers and managers<\/li>\n<li>Proven Business Development Manager track record (sales executive or relevant role) in Real estate industry<\/li>\n<li>Minimum Qualification: A Degree<\/li>\n<li>2 \u2013 3 years worth of experience<\/li>\n<li>Experienced with design and implementation of Business development and marketing strategies, focusing on customer growth, service provision and satisfaction of services rendered while encouraging referrals.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly analyze business products and create a value proposition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jobkitten.com\/apply\/co-creation-hub\/business-manager-e-estates?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Co-creation Hub Nigeria is a social enterprise committed to bringing together stakeholders from different walks of life to work collaboratively on solutions to social challenges facing the Nigerian society.
