We focus on Renewable Energy, Power, Water, Communication and Technology, offering the entire value chain of solutions from design and construction to operation and maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0General Manager \u2013 SME Industrial Cluster (Business Development)<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a wide network of SME\u2019s both locally and internationally<\/li>\n<li>Liaise, guide and work closely with Advisory service providers and consultants on the project<\/li>\n<li>Effectively manage a small team of Sales &amp; Marketing personnel<\/li>\n<li>Will be responsible for engaging with other FTZ, Commercial\/Industrial Cluster developers around the world and reviewing fit for purpose business models and off taker selection criteria\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Will serve as a single point of contact for our SME industrial cluster business initiative<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Planning, Executing and Owning SME Industrial Cluster Initiative<\/li>\n<li>Engage with Financial institutions \/ Multilateral and Donor Agencies for initiative funding and financial modelling<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for creating product awareness, marketing and selling FTZ real estate to potential international and local SME off-takers.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for close liaison at senior levels with government policy makers and agencies with interest in SME and the governments non- oil revenue diversification drive.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise and manage relationship with JV partners, vendors and other stake holders required to develop and ensure success of the business Initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Attend weekly cross-functional project meetings, manage issues and risks and report to the board and key stakeholders weekly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1st Degree in Social Sciences, Business Management or Engineering discipline<\/li>\n<li>MBA or Masters\u2019 degree in Marketing, Finance or any related discipline is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in Business Development\/Marketing with 6 years at managerial level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/1106287877\/?refId=23e4e573-da88-4732-b6fd-da99fa2f1130&amp;trk=flagship3_search_srp_jobs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M-P Infrastructure Limited is a leading infrastructure development and management company.
