Everything you need for offshore, land and swamp drilling, remedial and production.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0PMD Shipping Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Reference No:<\/strong> PMD\/SA<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Port Harcourt<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reporting to the Shipping Manager Process Management Division, this person will assist in the prompt clearing and delivery of goods imported from overseas vendors; for the maintenance of appropriate documentation so as to comply with all processes.<\/li>\n<li>Also, responsible for facility management, machinery, equipment and vehicle fleet maintenance at the company base and associated facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare all documentation necessary for the application for PAAR.<\/li>\n<li>Process form M immediately on receipt of SONCAP Product certificate cover in place for purchase orders.<\/li>\n<li>Provide all necessary shipping reports.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze freight estimates and select freight forwarders and give confirmation of same including permission for freight forwarder to contact the vendor on readiness of goods after consultation with GM.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Prompt delivery of items to our warehouse from freight forwarder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must possess a Bachelor\u2019s and Master\u2019s degree in a relevant discipline.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years\u2019 cognate working experience.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to network within a customer organization to identify stakeholders is a requirement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills Required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be flexible, self-motivated, and versatile &amp; works well under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to create and develop business relationship with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Office suite Knowledge (MS Project, Excel etc.) would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Must have good computer skills, time management skills and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in understanding market trend and intelligence for business decision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aosorwell.com\/jobs\/pmd-shipping-assistant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Shortlisted qualified candidates only will be contacted<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>13th February, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AOS Orwell is a merger of two Nigerian-based oil service companies, forming the largest indigenous services company in the region.
