These services are delivered with skilled and experience guided by our core values and driven by our belief that we are more than conquerors.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0HR Business Executive<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking for a self-starter, goal-oriented and results-driven HR Business Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth knowledge of Human Resource Management, energetic, problem solver, and an analytical thinker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Helps to grow the business in building relationship with existing clients and prospecting new clients in order to satisfy and meet clients\u2019 demands.<\/li>\n<li>Create and design plans for driving change in HR Process.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the implementation of various consulting projects under the supervision of the HR Business Support.<\/li>\n<li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.<\/li>\n<li>Identify clients\u2019 needs and develop future plans to achieve effective business plans.<\/li>\n<li>Take responsibility for the successful and timely completion of human resource related projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have passion for prospecting and be able to close deals on sales.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a team player with excellent leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum experience of 3-5 years as a HR Consultant or a Marketer in the banking industry with track records.<\/li>\n<li>HND\/ B.Sc in Business Administration, Human resource management or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Must be an analytical thinker, problem solver, and a go-getter.<\/li>\n<li>Must have an outstanding communication, presentation and consulting skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@pruviaintegrated.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@pruviaintegrated.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with their valid phone number and email on their CV\/Resume<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>28th February, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pruvia Integrated Limited \u2013 We are general service merchants with a strong desire to ensure customer satisfaction in the midst of efficient and effective service delivery.
